French brand L'Occitane has teamed up with Alb\u00e9a Tubes to redesign the packaging of its iconic 30ml hand cream range, with a shea butter version set to launch in January 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n

L'Occitane Provence<\/a>andAlbea Tubes<\/a>The relaunch of the best-selling 30 ml shea butter hand cream marks a new milestone in the cooperation between the two parties. CompletePlastic Laminates and APR Certified Greenleaf Solutions<\/strong>HDPE multi-layer casing is used to replace the previous aluminum barrier laminated pipe. The new solution reduces the number of materials from 5 to 2 and the number of components from 3 to 2.<\/p>\nMichelle Gibson

The transition from laminated (ABL) pipe to Greenleaf pipe with integrated OctoTop opening system now enables recyclability while reducing the total weight of the pipe by 23% compared to current pipes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the lid,L'Occitane<\/a>rely onAlbea<\/a>EcoTop Technology<\/strong>and OctoTop, a 2-in-1 flip-top closure system that features L\u2019Occitane\u2019s signature famous octagonal shape and eliminates the peel-off seal. The closed system is made of HDPE, making the entire pipe recyclable in existing PE recycling streams in France, Europe and the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
